Service

TradeGlitch provides a cloud-based trading journal. The service is provided "as is" for personal record-keeping and analysis. TradeGlitch is not financial advice.

Not financial advice

Nothing in TradeGlitch — including analytics, statistics, screeners, backtesting tools, and AI-generated content — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. TradeGlitch is not a broker, dealer, or registered investment adviser. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions; consult a licensed financial adviser before making investment decisions.

AI features

TradeGlitch includes optional AI features (such as performance reviews and a journal Q&A assistant) that generate content using third-party large language models. You acknowledge and agree that:

(a) AI-generated content is produced automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or misleading, and may occasionally produce plausible-sounding but incorrect statements. It is provided for educational, behavioural-coaching purposes only and must not be relied upon for trading, investment, or any other decisions. (b) To provide these features, aggregated statistics derived from your journal (such as win rates, tag patterns, and self-review summaries), your onboarding preferences, and any questions you type are transmitted to and processed by third-party AI providers. We do not send your password or payment details to AI providers. (c) AI usage is subject to fair-use limits that vary by plan and may change. (d) We apply automated safety filtering to AI output but do not guarantee it; you use AI features at your own risk, and we disclaim all liability for actions taken in reliance on AI-generated content.

Market data & third-party services

Charts, candles, and market statistics are supplied by third-party data providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. They are provided for journaling and review purposes only and are not suitable as the sole basis for live trading decisions. Payments are processed by Stripe; authentication and storage are provided by Supabase.

Free trial

New users receive a 30-day free trial with full journal access and no credit card required. Screenshot storage is capped lower during the trial, and CSV/JSON import and export are Pro features available once you subscribe. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription at $15 USD per month.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled via the billing portal. Refunds are handled per Stripe and applicable consumer law.

Your data

You retain ownership of your trade data. You may export your data while on an active paid subscription.

Account deletion

You may permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone. Deletion is immediate and irreversible: your profile, trades, journals, notes, tags, playbooks, and uploaded screenshots are removed from our production systems, and any active subscription is cancelled at the same time (no further charges; no refund for the current billing period unless required by applicable consumer law). Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use automated tools to circumvent trial or subscription limits.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeGlitch is not liable for trading losses or for decisions made based on journal analytics, market data, or AI-generated content. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
